Lovely walking path and pretty easy to walk with kids but some areas not so great with a stroller. I would stay to the Lang station to use strollers but not here. My daughter and I walked through both areas to pick up trash and the Lang Station state forest end was much cleaner as I imagine this is the part less traveled.

Great local rail trail along the river. One side is a more developed trail perfect for walking or biking. The other side across the road is more rustic and a great trail walk through the woods.
