I’ve been living in this community for three years, and it’s been an absolute gem! I’ve stayed in both one bedroom-one bath, and 3 bedroom-2.5 bath. The space is bright, modern, and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and plenty of natural light that make it feel like home. The management team is responsive and genuinely cares about residents’ comfort, addressing any concerns promptly. The community vibe is fantastic—friendly neighbors and well-kept common areas, including a gym and outdoor space that are perfect for relaxing or staying active. Its location is unbeatable, close to shops, restaurants, and making daily life convenient. I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home!
The Gramercy New Albany is a great place to live. The office staff are always friendly and helpful, and they truly care about the community. Office staff put on community get-together events almost every holiday with food, drinks, and other activities. It’s just so refreshing to live in a community where the office staff truly care and puts together events that really establish a true feel of community togetherness. Great job Bria, Vena, and Grace! You are the best! The maintenance team is also prompt on repairing anything that needs fixed in the community or my specific townhome. The Gramercy also has great amenities such as a newly refurbished gym/clubhouse, pool area, and community gardens. Also, I love the community vacuum and power washing car wash station and the dog park. The Gramercy has a the true feeling of a place you can call home!
I love this place! The outdoor space is going to be beautiful this summer, the lobby/clubhouse area is something to be proud of. The girls that work in the office are always so friendly and helpful, especially the manager Bria! Maintenance is very timely and friendly. The special events are always fun and planned so well. I would not hesitate to recommend the Gramercy to anyone looking for a place to live.
We recently completed a construction project for The Gramercy and the staff was wonderful to work with. Management was very understanding and accommodating, even though weather challenges, they were willing to work together to get it completed. A+ from us.
