FAQ for Kimball Dog Park in National City CA:
Great little dog park between two baseball fields and the library. There is currently only 1 area with two entrances, and dogs of any size can go in. (It looked like the smaller dog park is under construction.)There is some agility equipment, and a few benches, some with plenty of shade. It’s mainly a dirt park though, and it can get very muddy after it rains. Relatively clean/free from excessive poop, thank you fellow pet owners for responsibly picking up after your fur babies!I wish there was a water fountain for the dogs inside the park though… remember to bring a bowl or water bottle for your pup!
it’s a nice new dog park with static equipment.unfortunately, irresponsible citizens are hard at work to turn it into a poo pit.hopefully it doesn’t turn into what Eucalyptus dog park is now.
