Kruse beach is a long stretch of very clean sand. Of leash dog beach. Our dogs love it here. It’s worth the hour and a half drove from kalamazoo.
The best dog beach we’ve ever been to!! Easy paid parking and a short walk down the new staircase to the beach. Very clean, lots of space and not busy. My pup and I loved it!
Beautiful place to visit when it’s empty! 😁
Nice and clean beach, long shoreline to take a walk. There are lots of steps to go down to the beach which I loved! Addition exercise at no cost! There is a sign for pet owners to go to the right from the stairs, and no pet free to the left. But some people were careless about it unfortunately 😔. So if you go on the weekend to pet free section, be ready to come back to the blanket full of wet sand from dogs running around..
Nice park for picnic and short hike up the dune with overlooks beautiful shore line.Playground for kids,Shelter houses.Pet accessible.Closed during winter months but still amazing winter beach view with the ice
