Really wanted to move in here but the staff never cared to respond back when we talked about coming in to tour, they literally stopped responding. After reading these reviews, i am glad we did not go through with it.
This place is the worst. The lack of communication, lack of empathy from the office, and lack of customer service is horrible here. New rules every other day. New office people are a joke. Let’s not forget the fact that none of the units dryer vents have ever been blown out, or cleaned for lent is a fire waiting to happen. They never change the air filters. This place went down hill when Bridgette left. Save your money and RUN from this place.
Jennifer and the crew have been friendly and helped when I requested it The units are a bit noisy but I guess that’s the builders type of dwelling. I had some good times there living
Could not recommend this place at all due to customer service. Jennifer laughed when i told her i cant go 2 weeks without a working dryer as i shower multiple times per day for work and have no clean clothes. Jennifer said 2 weeks is efficient for the dryer to be replaced and laughed when i asked for money off of rent as i have to go to the laundry mat. Jennifer says “what is it three dollars?”. The self awareness from this staff is 1 star, the laugh and tone of voice were egregious
We have been here a month and love it ! It is exactly what we expected. Courtney helped us the entire way and made it so easy ! The entire staff is great . We are so happy to call this place home .
