The Lively Murrells Inlet

I am VERY NEW to The Lively, but it became a dream to me in April 2024. One of the things that has impressed me most is the fact that The Lively is a dog community. I have enjoyed watching residents take their fur babies for walks. The Lively has made it extremely convenient to tidy up behind pets, and there is so much space to take them for walks. The landscaping here is stunning. The grounds are very well maintained, and all indoor areas are meticulously clean. The staff is friendly and helpful— and VERY VERY patient! Nicole has helped me navigate so many areas— sometimes, you CAN teach an old dog new tricks! 🤣. The residents here are varied. I’ve seen very young children to retirement aged folks, with every thing in between. As for my apartment, I am over the moon in love!I visited and toured many other locations and left feeling disheartened. These places bore little to no resemblance to their online personas. The Lively is everything and more!

The property is beautiful, and the staff is WOW, so sweet and welcoming. Cameron as well as Alexis made the application process very easy and responded quickly to inquiries. Ive lived here for about 6 months now and I regret one thing. First time getting my own place and this place made it feel right. Sooo THANK YOU LIVELY FOR GIVING ME A HOME !!

It’s a lovely safe place! Beautiful play spaces, palm trees, game yards, fire pit for evenings, pool for day. Convenient trash removal to keep everything clean. Lots of parking spaces. Great, friendly front desk staff and non-smoking!!

After exploring the Murrells Inlet area for a place to live, I chose the Lively apartment complex. It’s in an excellent neighborhood and very close to everything. And the amenities are amazing. It was the clearly the best choice. The Lively front office staff (Courtney, Julia, Nicole, and Jordan) are awesome. Very friendly, very professional, and always are available for any issues or concerns. No matter when I stop by or call, someone is always there to welcome me.

The Maintenance staff (Tommy, Roger, and Jeff) are excellent. The turn around time on a maintenance issue is handled quickly and in a very professional manner.

A big shot out to Nicole for making my move in process pleasurable and simple. I truly enjoyed dealing with Nicole, as well as the entire staff at the Lively.

I highly recommend the Lively apartment complex to anyone who is looking for a great place to live.

Nicole at The Lively did our tour and she has been nothing short of amazing ever since!! She treated us like family from the moment we met and made us feel super comfortable! She has always made sure we are happy and taken care of since we moved In!! Nicole, along with the other amazing staff, always greets us with a smile!! They are quite the unstoppable team! To add, The Lively Is just the most beautiful, CLEAN, and fun complex I have ever lived In, there Is always something to do; corn hole, ping pong, the staff hosts monthly gatherings, fitness classes, seasonal events!!! The gym Is the nicest apartment complex gym I’ve ever seen with the most up to date equipment, the car wash Is the real deal, the coffee machine and cold brew on tap Is next level, and the pool Is stunning during the day and after dark!!! I have nothing but the best things to say about The Lively AND the staff, they are the sweetest, especially to my son!!! He asks to visit them daily! And the maintenance crew Is amazing too!! Timely, effective, positive attitudes and literally on top of their game at all times!!! 10/10 recommend!!! -Kayla Shepard
