This is a nice and quiet spot. I do wish the trails had markers to help you keep track of where you’re at / let you know you’re still on the right path. I wanted to do the Cardinal Loop but the trail is constantly branching off in all different directions. About halfway in I couldn’t tell if I was still on it. Not that I necessarily need to do the trail in an exact manner, but I am honestly hopeless and was not interested in getting lost and trying to figure out how to get out. I will have to keep exploring the area.

I was in between business meetings and thought I’d take a walk in this park. It is small but there are multiple trails and all well kept. The sections closer to the streets are a bit noisy because of the cars but the more internal parts are very calm. Most of the trails seem to bring to the soccer field. Dogs are not allowed on the field.
There is a portable toilet at the soccer field.
It seems like the surrounding roads all have trail entrances which is nice.
I parked Bird Park Dr on the west side of the park and the circle was empty but I think there is a larger parking lot closer to the soccer field.
A few yard from Bird Park Dr there is a large circle that seems like it’s used as a fire pit, with a few benches all around, up the hill there is a large Pavillion, and past it the small statue of a dog that it’s really cute.
There are some steeper trails but sets of steps are installed.
There is a renovation project going on so you’ll see a lot of newly planted trees in plastic cones. Very nice park and a small jewel for the neighborhood.

This small park is a short but sweet hike. There’s a nice aoccer field and a small river. It’s nice to have near but I would not recommend a special trip for it.

Cool trails for casual hiking. (The trails don’t really go anywhere.) So, it’s a great place to wander around during daylight hours without getting lost. You almost always end up at the soccer field or on the street view side of the park.
