My boyfriend and I moved in in June and have loved our time here so far, and are very grateful to live here. While it is not perfect (I don’t think that any living situation could be), we are enjoying our time.
I went with my girlfriend to see a one-bedroom apartment, and Francisco was very attentive to all our needs. He provided us with all the information about the property and was very kind throughout the entire process. The place seems quiet and peaceful an ideal place to live.
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the treatment my wife received from Manager Brenda. When my wife inquired about a summer camp school, Brenda responded in a threatening manner. I intervened on her behalf and requested the corporate contact information, which Brenda refused to provide. When I asked her to explain her behavior towards my wife, Brenda terminated the call.
It’s concerning that Brenda’s conduct was so unprofessional, especially given my wife’s history with the management team. Notably, she had previously endured a 2-year period of substandard living conditions, including a rat infestation, which was only addressed after prolonged persistence. Brenda’s suggestion that we seek legal counsel has been acted upon, yet she still refuses to provide corporate contact information.
Given Brenda’s behavior, I question her competence. As a business owner and therapist I am at lost of words. Her actions demonstrate a lack of respect, transparency, and integrity. I strongly advise others to be aware of her management style and treatment of residents. It’s unfortunate that she seems more interested in asserting control than providing adequate service.”
Who visits her apartment, how she decorates her apartment is no concern to a desk manager. She did not violate no rules as outlined in your handbook. How dare you speak and act the way you did. Unfortunately for you she has a team behind her ready to spend whatever it costs for justice
absolutely not esp if you’re meaning to stay here beyond your lease. This place is deceptive. Hence they are having new tours or interested parties create good or 5 star reviews without having the experience of living here. I’m ready to be transparent & cannot wait to leave! The pricing here is skyrocketed for the amenities you receive. Upon moving-in I was greeted with pests, outdated shared hallways that become moldy/’smelly, inconsiderate & selfish neighbors, & maintenance that pick & choose what they decide or consider to work on with little to/no communication. I am writing this because I want to provide a truthful context into what you are paying into… times are tough… yes I was drawn to having a dishwasher, washer/dryer, the pet friendly aspect & in turn is a pro, tenants are respectful & a good space to have a pet if you either a.) need a quick space to stay with your pet & don’t mind footing a bill OR b.) first apartment out of college. The most annoying thing is how thin the walls are… even if you’re a second floor occupancy… you can hear EVERYTHING beneath you. I can hear my neighbors snoring. You get one allotted space for parking and allowed to park in any space that says guest is a free for all… IN A NUTSHELL… if you can accept the above cons move here… if not run like hell ! P.S. I’m pretty sure leasing will do their due diligence to respond & gaslight this review but I did my part for you.
We just moved here a week ago. Applying/approving and moving process was overall pretty easy and good. Our main issue was our first few days here. Some screen windows had gaps/broken (which allowed bugs to get in the apartment), everything was dirty (we found dog bowls, old matts ,etc from previous owners), broken cabinets I spotted when I toured and it was promised to be fixed, bathroom vents filled with hair and dust from previous owners, some walls were also dirty, and the list goes on. I did mentioned to the office and after a week here only a few things were cleared, there has not been a formal communication/apology on how this would be handled… specifically for the cleaning, when condition of apartment is not just outdated issue is a cleaning issue. We would even be okay if someone would’ve make a sincere apology because this place was not cleaned properly fix upon moving. Hate making a bad comment but I see the lack of effort to solve this situation on faster time because a cleaning issue should not take over a week. Feels like we are wrong or is not as important. We have evidence of everything and we will keep this comment as proof upon moving out so we are not being charged for anything that was not done by us.
Be aware of details when moving in, we pay so much money to be received by a new apartment in good conditions at least.
