Good walking trails. Sneakers or hiking boots would be acceptable. Dogs on leashes are permitted. The trails are well marked but plan ahead as many cross paths.

Apparently not allowed to even walk 100ft through the beach on the hiking trail with no private property markings at all, told to leave

Keep gatekeeping nature spaces, real classy

Beautiful natural lake, with swim team lanes and diving boards. Popular with the teenage set. More shady than Island Beach. Recently upgraded facilities are great. (Mountain Lakes residents only) Note:Take the beach bypass trail, for bikers and dog walkers.

Incredibly beautiful lake. Great park. It is very clean. Every time I am here I feel the atmosphere of harmony and peace. Great trails for bike ride. I am often visiting this place and love it so much. It is great at every time of the year, but especially in summer and spring.
