This park is absolutely beautiful. They maintain their facilities quite well and have plenty of space for everyone to enjoy comfortably.
Rotary cove is a beautiful oasis, one of the sweet things about monticello. A small bubbling stream runs from the N.W. down thru spilling into Dodge Camp at S.E.. With several different species of trees add a covered bridge and 2 quiet gazebos finishing with the boardwalk pier with benches for fishing or just a stroll, this is the treasure of the cove and all of Monticello’s great parks and recreations’.
Great park. The kids and dogs absolutely love it! We love the beautiful water that runs through the park.
Great park area for the kids. Has some small trails that run along a creek. Saw some wild life. Very well kept for a city park. Rotary Cove was a nice peaceful area to walk and see nature.
My family loves it here! It’s nice for get togethers, weddings, hiking, reading, and taking the kids to play at the park. They also have baseball fields where games take place it’s really fun in summer. There are lodges where you can have shelter for cookouts. I love the lights for Christmas!
