Okay, so when we first pulled up to the Best Western Movie Manor, we looked at each other like, “Did we just drive onto a movie set for a 1970s thriller?” 😂 We’re usually Hilton/Marriott people, so the vibe at first was a little Twilight Zone. But then… we checked in. And let me tell you — this place totally won us over!
Our room was spotless, the bed was crazy comfortable, and once we settled in, we realized how cool it actually is to literally watch a drive-in movie from your hotel room window. Where else can you do that?! The staff was super friendly, the stay was peaceful, and by morning we were both laughing at how skeptical we’d been.

I was working in Monte Vista this week and stayed at this Best Western Movie Manor. I did not take advantage of the movie that I could watch from my room. Cool perk! But overall very clean, the A/C worked like a champ and most of all, the owners were so friendly and accommodating. Beautiful area to boot!

Only Drive In Theater & Motel combo in the country! Such a cool concept. I got to hang with my family in our hotel room and watch a fun film (Superman) with the sound piped right into our room (each room has its own volume knob). The Rural Electric Cool also has free EV chargers 3/4 of a mile away. Great team, nice breakfast and comfy clean rooms made it all great but the movie aspect was super special!
