Thompson Park Dog Park

It was amazing.. my puppy took her 1st walk on a leash . Friendly crowd.. well behaved doggies. Was a good time.
A nice dog park. There is an area for larger dogs and one for smaller dogs (under 25 lbs). There are plenty of benches and shaded areas. You do need to watch where you walk because some owners don’t pick up after their dogs.
You will always find other dogs to play with your. Two separate areas for large and small breeds. Clean and plenty of shaded areas with benches.
Decent park for the dogs. Good mix of sun and tree cover. Water source outside of the gates. Several people were not mindful about picking up after their dog or keeping them on leash outside the fenced area.
