Dropped our dog off at 9 am, heard nothing by 1pm. Gave them a call (nothing seemed wrong, the groomer said she needed 2 more hours) being a drop off service I understood -first come,first serve). Nothing was said about our dog was having issues. We finally received a call to pick her up (a total of approximately 7 hrs).
SHE COULDN’T STAND!! She collapsed. I was devestated. The groomer said she probably had her stand too long during the appointment. She phoned someone while we were there and all they said “she’s probably exhausted” …ya think!?! They didn’t provide me with any options where to take her for medical attention or what their policy is. Just “here’s your dog that can’t stand”
My husband had to carry our dog out. None of the workers assisted him, I had to ask someone to at least hold the door for him while carrying our poor weak dog out.
No one called to inform us she was not toleraing the day and come get her but as soon as I arrived she couldn’t stand!?? I called the owner & left a VM. I waited to hear back on what to do (even gave a few extra days). No one called me back, not even to check on her. I had no idea what to do being it was a weekend, I asked do I take her to an ER vet, what do I do? But no one provided any insight/policy. I would have appreciated any type of communication especially to just check on her.
I would sincerely rethink taking your dog here.

Showed up this morning to find out that they didn’t have a groomer so they could only do a bath. Okay so I leave my dog fo e a bath only. Come to pick her up almost 2hrs later she’s still the only dog there. She isn’t dry and it cost over 58.00 just for a bath. That is more than it used to cost for full groom. Needless to say I will be finding a new groomer. Used to be a really good place, but new owners seem to be ruining it.

I brought my Pyr mix in for a bath and nails groom. Not only did he look amazing afterwards, the price was very reasonable (especially for a dog his size). I am very happy with the results and will definetly be coming back.
