This trail was beautiful and really peaceful! The only complaint is we were covered in ticks by the end of the walk.

GREAT trail! Beautiful, quiet and private. Plenty of space. Never passed a single soul. Walked all the trails. River was beautiful!

This is a nice short hike with views of the river and some hills and valleys along the large loop. The trail is maintained and mostly hard packed making it fun on foot or mountain bike (fat tires not necessary).

There is lots of signage, you won’t get lost. Wide open field for the first few yards, but once you hit the tree line most of the trails are covered. Did a perimeter loop (this connects to other trailheads to the West). If you pick the northern most trail there’s an off-map local trail that will take you to the water so you can dip your toes. But it’s still a stroll from the car.
