Located in the picturesque surroundings of Milwaukie, Oregon, Harmony Road Neighborhood Park offers a peaceful retreat for families and their four-legged friends. The park features a small but welcoming environment with amenities like a playground, basketball court, picnic tables, and plenty of shade, making it an ideal spot to relax after a busy day. Its waterfront location along the Willamette River, along with trails that meander down to a rocky beach and dock, gives visitors scenic views and opportunities for dog-friendly hikes and swimming adventures.
While not a designated off-leash dog park, Harmony Road Neighborhood Park is a popular spot for on-leash walks, river access, and wading. Reviewers note that the park is handicap accessible to an extent but becomes rough and rocky on trails leading to the water. There is a playground for kids, portable bathrooms, and a parking lot for easy access. The serene setting, opportunities for birdwatching, and riverfront activities make this spot a local favorite for both pet owners and families.

A great park to visit and get some fresh air. Very picturesque.
It’s a nice little neighborhood park. Has a big basketball area… and a solid play structure perfect for toddlers and younger children. Has a parking lot so you can park, walk a short distance to the play area and let the kids run around and let off steam. Because of it’s great location at Harmony and Fuller Rd… Its also an easy walk, or stroller push.😁
Nice park for little kids and anyone who enjoys playing basketball. Our favorite place to go after dinner because it’s shaded.
