Very clean state park, it’s constantly monitored by the rangers , it’s kept so clean , it’s my go to for walking the trails. It’s quiet , people are respectful, it’s a nice spot to have lunch . Picnic tables , restrooms, walking trails . If you need a spot to go relax , this is a place to go
This island state park has soccer fields and a playground. There are several trails that are maintained. You can fish in the river here. Ample parking is available. We walked the north trail. It was very buggy, even with bug spray on.
This is a nice park for multiple activities. The 1-mile walking loop has both sunny and shaded areas. Plenty of restrooms are available. Lovely views of the river with mountains in the background.
Milton is on an island in the west branch of the Susquehanna River. There is a boat launch for all motor equipped boats, but you should check water levels before coming. The park’s special draw is soccer fields which attract local groups. Otherwise, there are a few picnic tables, a playground, and several hiking trails.

Nice state park. Good place to go for a walk with views of the river on either side. There’s a playground area and soccer fields. Also has a boat launch area.
