Beautiful area for dogs! Too many poop piles though, despite 3-4 signs telling people to pick up after their dogs, and the availability of poop bags right at the entry. To my eyes, the same person is mainly responsible for this, judging by the pile size, plus the fact there’s plenty of the same size piles next to the walking path that goes by there. Time for the park to put a camera up that could monitor the area, and could be reviewed by anyone, or the city park & city ACO at least.

It’s a very nice park but I noticed a lot of people are prejudice of powerful breed dogs and steer clear like their killers ….I personally own a couple of these dogs and they are very well behaved… Well trained as well…. I’m sorry if they get your poodle dirty by playing with them but it is a dog park.. the park itself is very nice except they leave problems unfixed for a long period of time we have a water fountain that’s been broken since last year….

There were bags available and a water station, although you would have to bring your own bowl. I love that there are separate spaces for small and large dogs too! I did notice there weren’t trees for shade in the summer, but of course that wasn’t a big concern in November. My only issue was with the Google Map directions. I sent feedback so hopefully it gets updated, but if not make sure you take the softball entrance and drive past the fields.
