Small, but still ample parking. Restrooms on site a definite plus for any park. Cute little bridge over the waterway gives great pics. Overall thumbs up!
4 stars because you have people breaking the law and won’t leash their dogs. They ALL say, he’s/she’s friendly, until they aren’t. Lots of play area. Coaches do however let their players cross onto your game or practice, why can’t they show them the right way, walk around! Don’t interfere. Bathrooms could be cleaner. Parking lot is full of dirt, rock and gravel.

Great little park! I see folks complaining about off leash dogs. People who complain about dogs off leash should educate themselves about how they should conduct themselves around god’s creatures. Dog backwards is GOD! If you don’t like dogs then stay away from the few parks that allow off leash dogs. Us that do have dogs and choose to love and care for these animals are just give them a fulfilling life. They get, on average, 12 years on this planet. That’s not very much and they ask for only mere hours of exercise out of every 24 hours. This is a nice park for ALL to enjoy. In my opinion it’s entitled children who should be on a leash as their owners truly have no control. I, however, do not go on kids playground review sites and complain about kids 🙂 Remember this:“when you point your finger at someone, there are 3 pointing back at you!”
This parks name is Richard Foote memorial park here in Nampa. They have a baseball diamond as well as a basketball court for those that want to shoot some hoops and they have some disk golf here with some playground equipment for the same tykes. The memorials for Richard and his wife is well done for their contribution to their community.
