Middlebury Dog Park

Middlebury Dog Park is a large, well-maintained park with separate areas for large and small dogs, offering a great view and open grassy spaces. The park provides amenities such as seating, a small covered shelter, and availability of water supplied by volunteers. It is wheelchair accessible and equipped with bags and trash bins. While the park is clean and friendly, shade is limited, and some visitors have noted issues with dog behavior and cleanup.

I am new to the dog park and the first time I went there was dog poop everywhere and the 2nd time I went there, there were 2 dogs that came up and bullied my dog to the point we had to leave; not a good experience once again and the lady didn’t even say sorry definitely be going to Brandon or somewhere else. People please clean your poop and be respectful of other dogs!!!!!
Though some visitors have not picked up after their pups, it is a pretty decent little park! I would consider bring my dog there again.
Always someone there for socializing and letting dogs run and have fun! Clean and well kept by volunteers who care and are friendly to neighbors and visitors. We just need a tree or two for summer shade.
Nice location, large areas for dogs to run – one larger and the other smaller for smaller dogs. Went in the summer and there was a little building that gave some shade and some chairs. A volunteer came by and brought fresh water while we were there. Very clean. Would definitely go again.
HUGE park, well grassed. No shade to speak of, though. Separate sections for large and small dogs. GREAT view, but the open space possibly also leads to chilling winds in the winter.
Bags and trash available — and the water is supplied from a rain-collection bucket!
