Really enjoyed this small, out of the way, beach. Went on a Wednesday and it was not crowded at all. I’m not sure if this is usual for a weekday. The water was warm but cool enough to feel refreshing during a very hot (94 degrees/horribly humid) day. The grounds were very clean and there were boats that could very rented at reasonable rates.

Me and the family came to this beach for the first time, and it was really enjoyable. we paid NULL dollars per person to get in. You can grill they have a Pavillion, but that is first come, first serve, it is plenty of space we had tents that we set up, the water was cool, plenty of bathrooms, just an overall nice place. Definitely will go back not too far from home is great.

It was really gorgeous on a beautiful day. I love the fishing area and it was chill and peaceful. I found some wild string beans and enjoyed the walk on the deck into the woods. You should go visit and remember to clean up your trash to keep the park clean.
