We just used the pavilion. We were able to cook and gather with comfort and the privacy we needed.

It didn’t look like the place had been touched in a long time. The grass was really high. Mud so bad in one of the parking lots that you couldn’t even drive onto because you would get stuck. The city could do better at taking care of this place.

Lots of friendly people stopped by to chat, the area was mostly clean. We went in a free fishing weekend and didn’t catch anything, but still had fun enjoying the wildlife.
