Rarely used by others, our puppy has free run of the field. Also the DI across the street is dog friendly as well!

This is a jewel of a place…but to the dog owners who don’t clean up your dog poo….don’t come back

I brought my two small dogs here to stretch their legs on a road trip and it was perfect. No one else was there so my dogs were free to run and explore as they pleased! It was decently clean, the available baggies and trash bins are always appreciated. The benches were nice and the park itself was modestly-sized; there was room to breathe and get a quick walk in. I liked the area too, it’s across the street from a bar or restaurant of some kind and the appreciable rumble of excited chatter and quiet music created a pleasant atmosphere. It was leagues better than your average truck stop “dog park” and genuinely seemed like a thoughtful, affectionate feature of the small community.
