Reviews

We’ve absolutely loved spending time at Idaho Pups and Ales. My frenchies, Archer and Jeanty, love playing with all the other dogs and are completely worn out by the time we leave. I love how the owners and staff always remember our dog’s names. I’ve had their beer and coffee, both are amazing! Would definitely recommend this wonderful place.

IPA is the BEST!! This spot has become our go-to for weekend hangs, after work zoomies, or work from home change of settings. We love the staff, pups, and people. The owners care a lot about providing a fun and safe experience and it shows. There’s heaters out it the winter for humans to huddle around and pools and a splash pad to keep pups cool in the summer. Their staff are clearly well versed on dog behaviors and encourage friendly, safe play between pups. They are proactive in providing dogs breaks and separation well in advance of any conflict. They have even helped me as an owner better identify when my pup is showing signs of stress or irritation. The coffee is delicious local Caffeina and the drinks are a rotating selection of local brews including my personal fave, Boise Booch. I can’t wait to see what more is to come as the owners are constantly adding and adapting to meet the needs and wants of humans and pups alike. Even if you don’t have a dog you should check it out!

My pup and I visited on a sunny 80* day. Despite having concerns about the turf burning his paws, I was happy to see them cooling the turf with water and multiple dog pools. They also have a spacious and cool indoor and patio area that is on leash! Will come again.

Our pups loved coming to play! The staff are so kind and love animals, they were very helpful and attentive. It’s a beautiful place and lovely for summer sip n’ stops. 🥰 We will be visiting again!

Where do I begin! I am truly amazed at this place! It is safe, clean, fun, beautiful, it’s perfect. The entire clientele has to show vaccination records, which is a plus. I came here twice in one week and realized this will now be my forever dog park. So I signed up for the monthly, unlimited fee, which is surprisingly inexpensive and definitely worth it. I am truly blown away by the concept, and how well the owners put everything together. Also, the owners are hands on and so hospitable. If you have not tried this place, you need to! They even have a water park for the dogs. Part of me does not want to write this review as I feel like it is the best kept secret. Thank you Pups and Ales!
