Good walking trails and plenty of parking.
There is a good baseball field. But the rest of the park seems very depressing and eerie. I have been there the past two Saturdays. I caught no fish. And the day of writing it rained so the water was very high. There is a creepy shack with motor noise coming from it.
Quiet place when we were there on a Friday afternoon. Highlights for me were the pedestrian bridge over the lake end, and the picnic pavillion. Many tables spread out through the park. Good spots to sit and enjoy some time with your family and dogs.
I enjoy playing for the South Jersey men’s softball league and we use several Fields including this one
Cute little park behind Bunning field. Has bathrooms. There is a playground and places to sit and eat. There were people fishing and catching fish while we were there. Nice place to take the family for a fun day if you like to fish and enjoy a small park atmosphere.
