I wish I could give this place a better score but the care we received was nothing short of neglect, and then only when I sent 4 emails did I get the GM calling me and talking over me when I tried to explain how disappointing this experience was. My pup went here twice, ended up with kennel cough (which everyone is supposed to be up to date on their vaccines, so I’m not sure if people are checking the accounts at the time of check in). Of course, we understand that this could easily happen anywhere, we’re also parents to an elementary school aged child so we understand germ spread, what we couldn’t understand was the hesitation in telling customers that there is a highly contagious illness indeed going around their facility at present. And then to be talked down to and told they responded when they did not (I checked my email, EVERY FOLDER INCLUDING SPAM multiple times a day)…. PLEASE, do yourselves a favor and go anywhere else and to a facility that puts health and safety over their bottom line, which to our family seemed to be profits.

100% recommend. The team is so great and helpful. I fully trust them with my pup and they treat him like he’s one of their own. He LOVES daycare day and it tires him out so well. And we love picture days 🙃

Dogtopia advertises NULL for boarding when in reality they charge you a full day of daycare, boarding and then if your not there by 10 am (even if they don’t disclose this info to you) they charge you and additional NULL for a half day (2pm) or NULL full day. To “board” my dog for less than a 24 hour period cost me NULL not NULL. No mentions of time restrictions, inclusions or exclusions were provided. It’s a legitimate bait and switch. Take your money elsewhere because 1 person to 20+ dogs who entertain themselves isn’t worth NULL a night. Terrible transparency and customer service. Will continue to board our dog elsewhere where she receives trainings, walks, personal one on one time and group play where they are not forced to pee and poop on the playroom floor for 1/2 the price with no issues. Use at your own risk.

Edited to include the website screen shots so you all can see for yourself these details in pricing are not advertised for this location. After going through all of this mess I did review other Dogtopia locations websites and it is clearly stated. This location is just not transparent and hides that information from its clients. It’s also pretty hidden that they leave the dogs alone all night anyway. I have continued to try and communicate with the manager via email with no response. Working with corporate now. I’m actually glad this all went down because I have researched more customer and employee reviews of these places and have been appalled. Before sending your dogs here read employee reviews…. You likely will run away quickly.
They did finally refund me NULL – still no detailed receipt or update to their website to disclose the appropriate hours and rates. The manager doesn’t communicate or care about the customer or lack of detail and only refers to its noted on the website…. Clearly it’s not (per screenshots).

Staff is friendly and helpful. Meet and greet day they tried Dragon with the medium size dogs and realized that wasn’t going to work so immediately moved him in with the smaller dogs which he loves. Facilities are clean. I was hesitant to try an all in-door doggie daycare but this has worked out the best for Dragon. Climate control with our crazy weather is awesome!

So grateful to have put my Bernedoodle, Luna here. I love that they have the nest cams so you can check in on your dog. The staff are so incredible and give great reports and updates on your dogs day. The planned activities, little parties and themes, and special treats is something to be appreciated. I love how clean the facility is, booking daycare and boarding are easy, drop off and pick up is smooth. Luna comes home relaxed and calm so I know she has had a great day full of fun and mental exercise. I cannot recommend this place enough.
