Lovely park in the city of Meadville. Mill Run creek bisects the park, coming through a dam from Rainbow Lake. There is a path in the woods to take you over the dam to the lake, and subsequently to the track and Meadville Middle and High Schools.Park has a playground, recently updated, a water fountain, covered bridge, and a little free library in the parking lot.One of my favorite places in Meadville, PA is the top of the dam overlooking the park!
Wonderful walking trail and pond if you’re interested in fishing. It’s a short walk up the hill, but the pond always has fish.
Beautiful setting. Perfect for toe dipping and a little swim for your dog! Has a book exchange box, which is lovely for the tranquility of reading next to the water under a beautiful shade tree.
