No trouble makers and with the fifth Ward reputation it gained a long time ago, it is not anything like that it’s the best park on meadville with nearby Creek Ave trails that trail it.
Easy trail around the ballfields, with access to French Creek, that could be used for walking, running, biking, or even cross country skiing if weather permits. Playground near the parking lot.
The kids and I love the creek access, as well as the nicely manicured playground. Lots of room to run and play! No bathrooms, though. Awesome time on baseball nights.
