Looking for a spacious, well-organized dog park in McSherrystown, Pennsylvania? North Street Dog Park is a popular off-leash spot offering two divided areas, allowing safe play for both large and small dogs, as well as peace of mind for owners concerned about dog personalities. Tucked conveniently near the entrance is a parking area, making access simple for visitors from all over Adams County. The park is pet-friendly and features water bowls for your furry pals, occasional tennis balls for play, and a welcoming community of dog lovers.
While the park boasts planted trees and some shade as they grow, the shade is currently limited—so summer visitors should plan accordingly. There are minimal benches, but plenty of open space for dogs to exercise and socialize. Nearby playgrounds, pavilions, and ball fields make it easy for families to combine trips. Discover one of the best dog-friendly parks in McSherrystown today!
It would be nice if a gate to the run was available close to the parking lot.
Great space with 2 divided sections.
No one there on a 93° Friday afternoon.
Water bowls all over for filling.
Random tennis balls around the park.
Parking near the entrance.
Trees are still quite small and don’t provide any shading for seating areas. (I just sat on the grass under the tree) Probably wouldn’t come here in the heat of summer regardless of the hour due to lack of shade.
Was good no dogs when i went buy its cold so maybe thats why but my trio had fun either way
