The staff at this location are fantastic. They really care about the dogs. My 17 lb chihuahua mix, Gemma, is often one of the smaller dogs in the Toybox but she has never run into any issues with the other dogs. The staff are always on top of what is going on. We only stopped going because we moved out of the Tysons area.

Our dogs are both friendly and love to play with other dogs. We came to Dogtopia in Tysons to give them the opportunity to spend time with other dogs during the work day so they wouldn’t be alone with no playmates all day – I even reminded the front desk staff this before they escorted our dogs to the back for the day. Thanks to the online footage of the spaces, we found out the staff stuffed our dogs in the room with dogs who don’t play, and our dogs spent the entire day depressed lying on a hard floor. There are better doggie daycares out there.
