We love it here! Especially the nature walks. Only downside is the noise from the interstate and high speed rails which really carries through the nature center especially on windy days.

Feeling funky? Wanna groove? Then don’t come here. This is for bird watchers and other quiet people. Please don’t ruin the atmosphere. It’s perfect without you.

This is a wonderful place to visit for hiking trails. Tons of tree coverage, well marked paths. Can be a bit muddy in the winter/spring if it’s been snowy or rainy.

The sugar grove nature center has a fantastic outdoor imagination play space. I would have loved it more if the ants hadn’t adored me. So make sure to spray down with bug spray! Overall I can see why so many people enjoy coming here.

One of my favorite places to go hiking. When you pull in there is a road going through thick trees. You can walk the trails up in there or you can keep driving on the road and there’s places to park when the trees open up. Theres also a gazebo on the right side and more trails by it. There’s maps that give you the location of the trails.

Bring boots and water.
