Beautiful trail! It can be steep at some points, but there was lots to see and it was a pretty moderate difficulty.

We love this trail. We come and walk the trail often and then stop at the pond to look at the millions of frogs. It is never crowded or busy and parking is never an issue as the lot is mega huge. The trail is fun and easy enough for beginners, families &/or people with walking children. Lots of cool information at the beginning of the trail as well. It’s clean, quiet and peaceful which is a plus! And just in case it’s ever needed, there is also a Porta-Potty at the beginning of Dead Man’s Hollow Cool Spirit Trailhead.

When I hiked Dead Man’s Hollow trails, I parked here. It was convenient to get to this place by car. Only the last couple hundreds feet before the parking had pretty rough road. The maps stand provided good overview of the area. The trees on the trail were clearly color marked. So I didn’t get lost ))
