This is a great place to hike or bike. It is kind of hard to find the trail heads. You have to go down a few dirt roads, but the trail is wide and well marked. Part of it goes by the lake and there are lots of birds. It is hilly but easy to navigate. Great place to bring dogs. I have only seen one other person hiking there after 3 visits. Cell service is not available on most parts of Tate’s Trail!
