We absolutely love this park! 🌿 It’s a great place for a family vacation: tons of activities for kids, spacious areas for walking and picnicking. The beautiful lake nearby, home to geese and swans, is a real discovery for us—watching them is a joy! The atmosphere is so cozy and cheerful, you want to spend the whole day here. A true paradise for a family vacation! 💛

So far my young nephews are having fun. But the 2 dogs are going after a ton of goose poop. This is not very dog approved place. I do love all the nice shady picnic areas and the playgrounds. But I wish they were covered somewhat to keep them from getting hot in the summer.

Lovely sunsets, lush (and somewhat informational) trail walks. Each visit reminds me that I’m well overdue for a fishing trip.

There is a kiosk to pay,
fishing and family pic nic hang out call for reservations. Make sure you help keep the park clean, they do have bathrooms and multiple play areas for the kids. BBQ grills are clean and can cook a large capacity, the park has drinking faucets . Amazing lake size and a nice view. Keep your distance from others and help wild life stay healthy by not disturbing their natural habitat. Please dispose your fishing line properly many Canadian geese are being impacted by this issue and only have one foot. Have a great time !!!
