How can you have a dog park but you can only allow service dogs to enter the dog park. Make this make sense.

This is the most unfriendly Park I’ve ever been to.. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves but NULL for non-residents `undefined`!.. … and you can’t use part of the other Park to walk your dog because apparently that’s not allowed.. along with no scooters, skateboards, rollerblades, and no bikes! You can’t even ride a bike here 🤣🤣.. what are you allowed to do hereNULL Just sit there?? LOL.. good Lord what a hideous place.
