Great 4 mile trail walk. Great for a casula bike or even a run. Especially with thw addition.

Thankful for the attempt at making a recreational area and rail and trail. It is not complete. The gravel makes it impossible for wheel chairs or walkers etc. to safely navigate and participate like the rest. The trail is blocked off and somewhat overgrown. It has not been completed or paved. Access into trail from highway 21 is accessible only in one direction, leaving you to have to turn around further down the highway and reroute. Concrete barriers separate the 4 lane because of excessive speeding and careless driving. Bicyclists and walkers also have to walk/ride to the end of barriers then back up the opposite side of the highway with not much berm or bike lane to ride or walk. The sides of this highway have debris, gravel and trash in need of cleaning. But this is a great place to be in nature and to travel once completed. I am thankful for the start.♥️

This trail is a popular place to walk dogs, jog and bike. It is wide and flat, so it’s easy. There are many trees along both sides to provide shade on hot summer days. It has several bridges that cross over a running creek. A playground is available for a picnic or family fun. There are several entry areas.

This is easily the nicest trail in the area. It’s about 1 1/4 miles each way, and it is nearly level. The trail is very well maintained and it’s very clean. I didn’t see any litter, only unadulterated nature + a nice play area near the middle. I’ve driven past hundreds of times and I’m very glad I stopped today.

The trail crosses the (beautiful) creek 6 or 7 times using solid, well maintained bridges. The trail is suitable for walking, running, or cycling but I think it will be best experienced walking. Quite a hidden gem.
