I do not recommend this place to anybody. Management it’s rude. You can’t ask her anything. They’re very unprofessional. They lock their doors when they don’t want to be bothered. Pretend like they’re closed with the same saying Closed. They’re two faces in the office. I have a little over a year and I’m moving out of there and I cannot wait till that time comes. I do not recommend this place. They’re nice to you until they get you sucked in there. Rent is super high and water super high. I would definitely would not recommend this to anybody at all. Just counting my days.. we all should feel welcome and I don’t feel safe. Management will threaten people by parking in the road but when people park in the road she ignores it. She’s all talk. Laziest manager I’ve ever met in my whole life and the secretary is rude as well
I spent the last five years in this neighborhood in a home not far from the entryway, and I can honestly say that it is a quiet, friendly, and wonderful community. The office staff was always friendly, the maintenance staff as well, and anytime I had an issue with any appliances or issues in the home the maintenance staff was quick to address it. Wish I didn’t have to move, but life happens, and I can only hope my next community is as wonderful as this one.
Sycamore Village is such a beautiful, safe, and quiet place to live. Our home is absolutely gorgeous! Katie and Kristen have been absolutely fantastic with our moving process!! I found everything I could ever look for in a home right here and I can’t see myself ever leaving. If you are looking for somewhere quiet, friendly neighbors, community events, and a beautiful home, this is by far the best place to be!
Tried renting a place and had a terrible time. The lady in the office would not answer or return my calls to if I was approved or not. Called several times, then called on a family members phone and got her to answer to find out something got messed up and was denied. Had it resubmitted, and she once again never contacted me after being told she would. Didn’t realize it would be hard just to rent a place.
They are VERY unprofessional and have poor communication skills. Would not recommend!!!!
I just recently moved in, my husband is deployed so paperwork can be tricky but Katie and Tammy were awesome in helping me get everything handled. They’ve been so sweet and kind to us. Our new home is even better than we expected it to be, our neighbors are awesome and when I noticed my tub wasn’t draining maintenance got out here same day to get it fixed for me. Super convenient to town, not to far but also not to close. Overall it’s been a great place to live.
