The park features a large, grassy open space perfect for energetic pups to run off-leash and socialize with other dogs. There are separate fenced-in sections for both small and large dogs, along with a double-gated entrance for added safety during busy outings.

Dog lovers will appreciate thoughtful amenities like a roofed patio, benches, plenty of shade, and water spigots (with shared bowls or the option to bring your own). Who ever designed this park. You have to walk around to the back side to get to the small side. So the big dog side has seating and shade available. The small dog side has no shade and no seating… then there’s even another smaller area inside that. Water available. Poo bags available but no trash, so the bags are just on the ground. The park is maintained. Just has a very weird layout and no seating or shade in the small side. Once the big dogs left we could come over and enjoy the shade

Mascoutah Dog Park is such a gem for pups and their humans!

This park is clean, spacious, and well-maintained with wide open grassy areas that are perfect for zoomies and sniffing adventures. I especially love the double-gated entry—it helps ease transitions for dogs who need a little extra time to warm up.

There’s a separate area for small and large dogs, and the regulars are friendly—both two-legged and four-legged! 🐾 Plenty of shade and benches too, which is a major plus.

Esme had a blast exploring every inch and meeting new furry friends. It’s such a joy to see dogs running free in a safe, thoughtfully designed space.

If you’re in the area and looking for a great place to let your pup play, this one’s absolutely worth checking out.

My puppers always have a blast here! There are a few water options, and very big open spaces for them to run. I would suggest bringing your own dog waste bags as at times there isn’t any available.

Love this little dog park. I bring my two dogs here often to run around and get some energy out. There is a big open space for the dogs to play and run. There is a water spigot so you can give your dogs water. There are bowls there you can use or bring your own for sanitary reasons. The only problem is that many pet owners do not clean up after their dogs even though there are bags and trash cans provided in the park.

Despite being a bit hard to find, this is a good dog park. There are more features or landscaping that favor human visitors over dogs. For example, there is not any agility equipment for dogs that you may find at other parks but there is nice landscaping, benches, and a roofed patio. I went here again recently a day after it had rained all day and I was super impressed how there was little to no standing water in the park…less impressed that the local parks department doesn’t ever keep disposable bags stocked despite having dispensers in the park. Overall it’s a great large space to bring your dog to socialize or run around. There is water available as well.
