I had been here years ago and really liked it. Today i went for a meditation in the park and afterwards i walked around. I like the little bridges and meeting friendly people there. My meditation was wonderful just listening to the birds sing. This is a family friendly location. I will return.

Be prepared to become very emotional, walking through and reading everything about our history’s past.

A very beautiful park in Maplewood, NY that has a lot of green and areas for sport practices. What is difficult to understand is why people throw trash on the grass and not in the trash cans. Unacceptable!

DURING pagan sabbaths & meditate while stargazing. love to see bunny hopping, squirrels eating, hear birds or observe mallards ducks fighting for territory into the vast pond- amazing they are so territorial. Escape for Great writing, plus studing & excersize.
Outdoor workout which is more my thing, since the gym rats hog up the equipments- Do my yoga, dance & Enjoy my DESTRESS moments of complete balance. Pure blissful natural, earth blesses us and gives us so much more, we need give back the love to mother earth. More folks should embrace nature, especially youngest.
Grounded in nature- watching the ducks, connecting to earth energy, water in luminal spaces, for witches to stay grounded. Helps release our creative, magical energy. Recommend for creative, physic blocks. I visit daily, with my crystals & sometimes I go twice for walks. Sitting by the water releases stress, awakens ones
SOUL for greater expansion through existence. Play relaxing music of my choice. Sometimes the deer makes a visit at nights with they family- then i say hi & bye.!! wish there were restrooms, so I didn’t have to run to Starbucks, full of teenage invasions, trying out new generational drinks😅 DO bring bug spray- sunblock- cause Nats are all over especially after rainy days & spotted ticks. The turtles do cameos from time to time, wish parents would stop they kids from using sticks to get they attention??? Would you like to be poked by another specie ?? No!!! so let turtles be turtles so we can enjoy they presence 😉 I love to say hi & thanks to the names on the memorial stones to pay respect to the human-now in spirit- thought about how happy they would be to see they names here, such gentle souls , great reminders of earthly existence. 🙏🌎
