Was able to call ahead of time and ask if I was able to drop off a dog and her puppies because they keep tripping and jumping on my grandmother and they were very nice with the exchange.

I called the animal control to pick up a dog but instead took my dog buddy and the other dog is still here 🤬😡

Why is this shelter holding Pepper for no reason? The owners have been trying to get him out or even visit and the shelter won’t allow it. They are holding him with no evidence and letting his health decline with no care. That is against animal welfare laws. If you wanted the best for animals why not release Pepper to the owners who desperately want him. They are willing to pay all the fees. I see a lawsuit coming your way if this dog isn’t returned to his owner soon.

As much as I support our Animal Control community on the NN reservation, the team here was very unreliable with information. They were snide and impatient with questions about an animal that was caught. The lack of empathy and compassion is very saddening when working with these professionals. I lost the animal and they were not at all interested in contacting me back after leaving loads of messages. Absolutely heartbreaking due to them.

Because of negative reviews, we were hesitant to bring an adorable and very young puppy who was abandoned near our home. We came and saw this place for ourselves, asked questions, met the kennel officer and have to say, we are very impressed with this place! We drove away with comfort in our hearts that this poor little thing was well-cared for and on her way to a very good possible life. Don’t hesitate to bring abandoned animals to this shelter – they’re wonderful! And free to do so! Why do people just drop their unwanted animals when they can take them here???
