Wonderful park for the whole family. Playground, tennis courts, ball fields, exercise center, walking trails. Picnic area. Bring fido on a leash.

Great city park! You can definitely tell the city has put money and effort into this park. Paved path along the little duck river with benches. It has a nice covered pavilion with tables. Two playgrounds, one for the smaller and one for the bigger kids. Workout area, skate park, and baseball fields galore! At one end of the trail is the rec center and at the other end is a really cool (and fairly new) parkour course (great for kids 12+).
The only downside I’ve come across is some of the people that go are loud/obnoxious and smokers right by the playgrounds.

This park is my favorite to take my daughter to because it is very toddler friendly. She is 2 and there is equipment very suitable for her age. There is also stuff for older kids. There is also a really nice paved walking trail.

I treated myself to lunch at the park and found a jewel. There is handicap parking near the children’s playground. There is an extensive network of sidewalks around and across the river. I loved the mural painted on the bridge pilings!
There is also an outdoor gym area with workout machines.
I’ll definitely lunch there again!
