Fry Family Park - Stark Parks

Fry Family Park offers a beautiful natural setting with about 4 miles of paved trails, including paths toward a large fishing pond popular for catch and release fishing. The park features wheelchair accessible entrances and parking, making it accessible for all visitors. It is a great place for hiking, wildlife observation, and leisurely strolls. There are picnic tables, public restrooms, and shelters that can be rented for events. The park is kid-friendly with trails good for children. Although it is still developing with some trail improvements needed, it provides fantastic views and a peaceful environment with minimal light pollution.

The park is beautiful, and is still in the process of being finished. The trails need mowed, but more than that, they need to be thought out a little better. Lots of dead ends right now, but it looks like the proposed trails will help with that. The hills would be considered difficult by most, but they lead to some fantastic views of the surrounding farms. It will be exciting to sew what they do with this gem of a park.
This is my church. I go twice a day every day. I feel closest to God there. The Fry family were very blessed. My one wish before I die is to ride a horse all over there for a whole day.
Lots of wildlife open spaces large fishing pond and wooded area. The park has taken great measures to keep the light pollution to a minimum. I’ll be bringing my telescope next time.
Very nice park area with shelters and a visitor center that can be rented for events. It is great be place to hike , catch and release fishing , birding , or just a stroll through nature on the trails. The park offers about 4 miles of trail.
Love the paved trails toward the pond. We seen huge carp and catfish, but unfortunately only the smaller fish bluegill/sunfish seemed to bite. Definitely get protection for ticks as well. Still absolutely gorgeous and worth checking out.
