We had our wedding here February of this year, was the best choice ! Was able to rent the entire park and chapel for a reasonable price as with a refundable deposit. The park was a life saver for the kids after and there’s so many photo opportunities all around the park. Chapel is small yet lovely and perfect for our party size. Also loved that there’s tables already there under a cover. Highly recommend!

What a nice little historical park in a small town! We can’t wait to revisit when all the buildings are open. Even viewing the exhibits thru the windows brought back memories of how it used to be!

This Park is awesome! Recently walked the area with my daughter and we both loved the old buildings and stories on the walls. None of the buildings were open but it was still cool to look inside and imagine the “old days”. There were only a few others in the Park so there were plenty of places to sit and take in everything. We are looking forward to visiting with more of our family and also when there is an event taking place.

The park in the back is shaded and not so hot during the summer..they also built more equipment for the younger kids to play on

A historical gem not far from the interstate! Well-preserved buildings and artifacts help tell the story of what life was like decades ago. The veterans memorial is also an outstanding testament to those who have helped preserve freedom! A beautiful place to visit!
