LaToya was amazing! She showed us around Parc Lyndhurst and made the whole apartment search so easy and enjoyable. She was super friendly, patient, and really listened to what we were looking for. I plan to move when my lease is up. I was starting to see progress under the management of a lady name Allie, however, she mysteriously disappeared last year, and now I have no idea who the current management is. They are very unresponsive. Communication is nonexistent. I never see maintenance cleaning and vacuuming the floors. At these prices, the building should be cleaned every day. The mail room is unorganized (a lot of thefts). The water gets shut off every 2 weeks or so for maintenance. There are roaches here. This place has too many issues to list. The biggest issue is poor management. The rent goes up every year, and the quality of service goes down. Many of the apartments have outdated kitchen appliances. I don’t think the building is that old, no apartment should have outdated kitchen appliances. It’s not worth the money. There are many new luxury apartments with new appliances in Lyndhurst in the same price range as The Parc. I suggest you look elsewhere. I do not recommend The Parc at all. And PLEASE do not leave your generic copy & paste message about how you’re “disappointed” that I had a bad experience. DO SOMETHING TO FIX THE ISSUES!!!!

I’m actually surprised about this rental property. This was my number one choice, but they somehow managed to drop the ball because of poor communication and lack of customer service. I couldn’t imagine being a tenant.

I reached out last Friday for a tour. I originally called and booked it for Thursday at 330pm the following week based on their availability. They confirmed the date and time. Then… They called me while I was at work. I didn’t pick up, but I got a text saying my appointment was canceled. I called, and the person I spoke with didn’t know the reason why it was canceled but told me someone would reach out to me. No one did.. I got a text the same day asking if I want to reschedule for Saturday or Monday… Saturday, they were available from 10am-4pm. I chose Saturday. My tour was confirmed for 1pm. Saturday morning, I got a text saying my appointment was canceled. I inquired via text as to why both of my CONFIRMED appointments have been canceled 2 times in less than 24hrs. I received a text back saying they don’t know why, and someone will get back to me… it’s been a week… the only texts I have been getting are… Do you want to schedule a tour with us?… if you care this little about a future tenant, I can see why customer service of current tenants in the reviews is as bad as they say. I ended up looking elsewhere!
