The best place for my dogs to stay! Dogs are kept in a suite instead of wire cages. They have play time twice a day, which can be observed live online. The staff is very helpful and caring of the animals. The two photos are of one of the staff members loving on my animals. My brown dog is very nervous all the time and i feel good about leaving her here with the staff.
The best pet care you can receive around this area. The best. I would give them a 5 but they had cameras that you could view your dogs during their play time when they first opened. The lodge claims it’s a Google stream problem, but having used web cameras for many years at home and at work I know that it is possible to have cameras. It’s not that difficult or expensive. It just isn’t a priority.
My new rescue mix (Kitt) had her first awesome doggy day care day at UPL yesterday and she loved it!! She got some much needed exercise and socialization, and will be back for many more play days. I plan to use them for boarding as well, since Kitt is familiar with them, and it’s super convenient to my home 😊.
Rocky loves it here. The staff are professionals and very nice and above all respectful. I trust this place to make rocky feel safe and he’s naturally happy with other dogs to play with. Perfect!!!!
Kenneled our doodle last weekend and picked her up from grooming yesterday. Both services are fantastic! Just excellent on all levels.
This is our doodle Ellie’s best groom, hands down…careful and properly executed sanitary area trimmed, incredibly even body and leg length, face and neck also perfect, ears cleaned out and trimmed really nice and they’re reasonably priced! I think her nails were cut and filed. It’s been several years (if ever!) that I’ve had a groomer know and execute this level of service for our fur baby.
