Wonderful park except for if you have barrier reactive dogs, it’s not the park’s fault some of the people visiting aren’t very good at using common decency or common sense so i’m not going to fault them for that. I do wish there was a way to alert them or better yet a place for reactive dogs.

Very nice park. Lots of room for dogs to run and play.

Two suggestions: First; fix both water fountains. When there dogs had no water access and regulars said it’s been over a month since they have worked. This is unsafe. Second; add shade pavilions over all of the benches. Temps will be too high soon to sit in the sun.

Beautiful park with large open grassy area, a number of large shade trees, picnic tables, benches scattered around, water fountains. One side for big dogs and one side for small dogs. Yesterday hit 107°and the grass is still green. This is set in the SW part of the MacKenzie Main City Park. Only complaint was an uncomfortable level of gnats and flies, but they didn’t bother the dogs.
