A lot of homeless and drug addicted people, this is not safe place at all, this can be a beautiful park though, but all these people makes this place unsafe, I wanted to take a walk with my kid here but I quickly realized that this is not a good idea

It could be a nice park but is so dirty and not well taken care off. It needs renovation and maintenance to keep the green areas and the public places clean, now is full of people and trash.
Very bum like it stands here. Very dirty smells. A good place to get away from yourself. You will find cheap goods on the street. Ten usd got me four packs of cheap cigarettes

The playground is nice and very unique. The games they have are different than ur traditional just swings and junglegym. The bathrooms are not clean at all. If you can use it elsewhere, i would do so. I take my dog there at night times and let her off her leash and she has a blast running around.

Half of the park is “under renovation”, which seems to be it’s status for over 1 year now, at the time of this posting. In the daylight it’s a very pretty and unique public park and at night they’ve lit it up so it’s not as doom filled as it’s reputation once had it, it seems to be more community-oriented and the soccer field is active as ever. Great space for killing time and soon it will be a great space to actually plan an outing at.
