A big, wide open dog park where it’s easy to watch your dog, even when doggo is playing a couple hundred feet away. Easy access too– someone with a cane or a good wheelchair could get in and get around pretty well (unless it’s wet outside). There are picnic tables and a little gazebo for humans. Dress a little warmer for this park than needed at home though because it gets really windy here. Keep in mind too that when it gets hot, the only shade is on the gazebo. There is a fresh water pump too. The park is a real community place– the cement culverts (for the pups to play around) were decorated by the girl scouts and it is adorable. The “regulars” here are friendly too. Join the FB group to make sure you find your dog’s BFFs and become part of the community. Oh, and there’s a little park within the park that has a water hole (read: swamp, let’s be real, but it’s fully fenced in within the larger fenced in park).

Pretty good size for a small town. My German Shepherd loves running around. Using the tubes is her favorite. Just wish that more dogs were around. But then again, we also came when it was pretty cold out!

Lots of space but usually when we can come there’s not other dogs for him to play with.

Love taking the the Pups to run off some energy at the park. Something fun & different than our back yard!🤩🐾🫶

Above average running room. Guessing about 3 acres. Not much for tree shade. There’s a small shade structure and a water hydrant. Cooper had some fun. I’ll be back when I’m in the area.
