Lovely beach with sugar white sand comparable to the beaches in Florida. Spectacular sunsets too

Great beach and the sand is super soft. Great place to go for a walk or take the family out on an adventure either way you choose! You can see some oil rigs and the harbor in the distance which can kind of take away from the charm, but is what makes long beach unique!

This dog beach is so amazing. Calm waves, clean surroundings, Restrooms available and lots of space for parking. Fun place to have some dog activities. People are so polite and respectful. Doesn’t disappoint. Two thumbs up 👍 👍

Dogs here are free to roam leash-less, splash in the ocean and shake about till their hearts desires. Dog owners are friendly and look after their pets. We didnt have a pet but we enjoyed hanging out with all the friendly dogs. Do not take food to this area of the beach!! Dogs are free to go as they please and may sniff out food if you have any. There is a beach cafe located on the beach, parking is NULL per hour and public restrooms available.
