Upper Falls
Upper Falls features a beautiful waterfall accessible right from the parking lot and serves as the starting point for the Grandma Gatewood Memorial Hiking Trail. The trail offers a loop around the falls with a scenic beach area, suitable for families and kids. It provides easy to moderate hiking with stunning views, wheelchair accessible parking, and is dog-friendly with some limitations on very reactive dogs due to narrow trail areas.

Stunning views and easy to moderate hike. Lots of stairs. Dog friendly but not great for reactive dogs as there are extremely tight areas where impossible to avoid others.

Most beautiful place in hocking hill state park. Lot of parking, easy to get to just follow devils footpaths 🦶. I visit with my 8 year old daughter,she enjoyed a lot . Easy hike. You can spend as much as you can. But you can complete this trail in 1 hr. Such a fun hike, even though it’s one of the busier areas within Hocking hills state park…
