Not just a dog playground, it’s paradise! My dog Apollo went crazy with the lake and couldn’t stop swimming. Vibe really good, all dogs are well behaved. Can’t ask for more.
Chatfield dog park is my new favorite spot to take my dog for a weekend adventure. She loves swimming in the water and they have a Great Lake for dogs specifically to swim in. My golden retriever had plenty of space to run around and came home exhausted from a fun day of playing.
A ginormous area where you and your dog can just roam around outside. I don’t know how it gets any better than that. Maybe if there were ponies or ice cream, but loved it even without.
Great area to let your furry friends run free. There’s paved walkways as well as dirt trails, benches throughout the park. They also have a swimming area for the doggos that like to cool off. People seem to be pretty good about picking up after their pets and the fee you pay for the park helps maintain the area. There is an entry fee to the park as well as a fee to use the pet area.
